First schedule:
All that piece or parcel of land known as 'Englands Close' situate in or near Church Street in the parish and borough of Dunstable in the county of Bedford and adjoining on or towards the north the herediments comprised in the second schedule thereto, and on or towards the south a lane known as Englands Lane and which said piece of land confirmed by admeasurement 15 acres and 20 poles more or less and was formerly occupied by John Holt but had lately been in the tenure of the Corporation of Dunstable and used for the purposes of a recreation ground.
Second schedule:
All those pieces or parcels of land situate on the south side of Church Street in the town of Dunstable in the county of Bedford and adjoining towards the south the herediments comprised in the first schedule thereto and which said pieces of land contained the respective quantities and were, or were then lately in the occupations of the respective tenants and some of the pieces had erected upon the respective buildings therein set forth that is to say.

Order made by (2) to Board of Charity Commission to sell within 6 months the herediments in the first and second schedule for £4,500, dated 20 August 1877
