-- A messuage in Silsoe with a croft adjoining, lying between the messuages of John Cau[m]pe on the East and of Roger Est on the West; together with 2 acres of land in the Fields of Silsoe; whereof 1 acre lies in the West Field in a furlong called Seven Acres between the land of William le Taylour and of Hamon de Coulyng; 1/2 acre lies in the North Field on Kenehul between the land of the Lord Roger de Grey and of John de la Beche; and 1/2 acre lies in Longelachemere between the land of the Lord Ralph [sic] on both sides, and abuts South and North.
For term of the life of the grantor. Annual rent: 7 shillings of silver.
