-- Various messuages & lands in Wootton [no details] Recites: - Deed of 17 December 1663 - Deed of 20 May 1664 - Deed of 24 May 1665 - Robert Gale and Francis Brace of Astwood (Buckinghamshire) are under treaty for a sale to be made unto the said Francis Brace of all the interest right estate trust and demand whatsoever in law and equity of him the said Robert Gale and of the chldren of the said Richard Smith deceased and likewise of Anne Yarway, spinster only daughter of Robert Yarway and Elizabeth into and out of the premises for the sum of £2000.
