All that piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Houghton Regis in the county of Bedford on the south east side of and adjoining Chiltern Road and having a frontage thereto of 40 feet or thereabouts and containing in width at the rear 25 feet or thereabouts. Together with the dwellinghouses now in course of erection thereon and the fence on the western side therof. Which said piece or parcel of land is bounded on the eastern side by the hereditaments hereinafter mentioned and on the western side thereof by premises of - Barrett.
And also all that piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Houghton Regis aforesaid adjoining the above mentioned piece of land and having a frontage to Chiltern Road aforesaid of 35 feet 10 inches or thereabouts and containing in width at the rear 20 feet 6 inches or thereabouts.
Which said piece or parcel of land is bounded on the eastern side thereof by premises belonging to Arthur King and on the western side thereof by the before described premises.
