- Scope and ContentJohn Turney Saunders confrirms under oath that on 1st September he caused the notice marked J (QSR1903/4/10/h) to be affixed to each side of the public road to be stopped up. The principle door at the Parish Church of the parish of the said public road, and that the notices will remain for 4 successive weeks, and that the Bedford Mercury, a newspaper published in the Borough of Bedford, and in general circulation will contain the notice marked J in the copies of the said newspaper on the 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th of September 1903.
