Request made by Thomas Barnard to make changes on the Bedord to Northill Road in the Parish of Cople. Mr Barnard the owner of the land through which the new road is proposed has consented in writing to the changes. The Justices have directed Bedford Rural District Council to affix notices at either end of the existing road and insert the same notice in the newspapers and on the door of all churches in the parishes along the proposed route change , on four successice Sundays Dated 31st August 1903 signed Lawrence R C Higgins & GCG Lockhart
