- Scope and Contentp After the notice & plans had been read, it was proposed by Mr George Duncombe, seconded by Rev'd Harry Hocken and unanimously Resolved.That the Parish Council at this meeting assembled agree and give their consent to the proposal of Thomas Barnard to stop up, divert & turn a certain public road in the Parish of Cople leading to Wood End and to the wish of the said Thomas Barnard to substitute a new road therefor as shown on the plan annexed to the notice received from the Bedford Rural District Council.
