Len is Leonard Charles Clayson. Len (1919-1975) married Vera Phillips (1920-1965) in 1940 and had one son, Derek (b.1948). After Vera's death, Len married Hilda Waller (b.1922), who is the sister of John Robert ('Jack') Waller.
