Parish Charities

Prior to the formation of the parish council the charities were administered via the parish church see reference P10/25. The trustees for the charities are now nominated and the parish council approves their appointment. The Charities receive income from bequeathed assets in the form of investments and property, the Trustees are responsible for the fair and equitable distribution of assistance by way of grants within the limits and terms of the individual Charity’s objectives.
