    Large site plan of the Stockwood Estate, purchased by Messrs. Bird, Franklin and others, drawn at a scale of 1:2500. The drawing shows land and properties owned by F. Crawley Esq., Mr E. Gibbs, the Great Northern Railway Company, Luton Union, Luton Town Footbal Ground, Durlers Dye Works, Davis Gas Stove Works, the Cocoa Works, and the Hart and Co. Dye Works. Four areas are highlighted in pink/purple, suggesting possible development, and two small areas are blocked out as proposed sites for a new church. One of these proposed sites is located on the corner of Shaftesbury Road and Hampton Road, and the other is located on the corner of Landsowne Road and Biscot Road.
