    To Thomas Axam (son) - all stock in trade, implements of trade and husbandry, horse and cart and all other articles used in my trade as a gardener outside my dwelling-house. Also, a house on Dunstable Street, Ampthill, subject to him payng a legacy of £15 to Rebecca Axam (widow of his deceased son, Charles). To Elizabeth Axam (daughter) - all household furniture and effects within my dwelling-house. Also, house and premises on Dunstable Street, Ampthill (occupied by Richard Brightman), subject to paying £5 to Susan Brown (granddaughter, daughter of Samuel Brown and his deceased daughter Mary). To Samuel Axam (son) - all five freehold cottags or tenements gardens and premises in Ampthill (now or late in the several occupations of Thomas Stanbridge, William Draper, Joseph Low, Jonathan Barker and Isaac Barker), subject to paying a legacy of £10 to Elizabeth Blake (granddaughter and wife of George Blake of Hornsey).
