Feoffment between William Clark of Ampthill (in the coy of Bedford Draper) and the following parties:
(i) Thomas Evans of Ampthil (Land-surveyor)
(ii) Thomas Axam of Ampthill (gardener)
(iii) Charles Austin of Ampthill (schoolmaster)
Thomas Axam paid £104 to William Clark.
Charles Austin paid 10 shillings to William Clark at the request of Thomas Axam.
The property is on Dunstable Street, Ampthill, and also in Ampthill Warren. Land surrounding the land concerned in the feoffment is owned by John Morris, William Wilson, Ebenezer Handscomb and Charles Austin.
Term of 1000 years.
Mortgage for securing done by Thomas Allen of Millbrook.
