Title
The certificate refered to in the deputy coroners letter (QSR1908/2/2/3a) about the Inquest of Alice Childs of Wyboston, in the parish of Eaton Socon. She died 30th March 1908, and a warrant issued by Mark Whyley the coroner, for George Childs a witness to attend the inquest on 2nd April1908 at Queens Head Inn Wyboston. George Childs failed to appear and a fine of 40 shillings was imposed on him. Signed 4th April 1908 by Gregory J M Whyley Deputy Coroner for Bedford. Note; On the back of the document is a declaration; Served a True Copy of the within Certificate upon George Childs by leaving the same at his residence this 6th day of April 1908 signed Lewis Pedley, sergt.
