    The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that Daniel Roe on the 17th June 1907 feloniously did receive and have five thousand bricks and five tons of brickbats. Of the Goods and Chattels of one Arthur Thomas Eaststaff before then feloniously stolen taken and carried away he the said Daniel Roe then well knowing the said Goods and Chattels to have been feloniously stolen taken and carried away, against the form of the statue in such case made and provided. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do further present that the said Daniel Roe, on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have five thousand bricks and five tons of brickbats, of the goods and chattels of the Midland Railway Company before then feloniously stolen taken and carried away he the said Daniel Roe then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen taken and carried away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided.
