    Dear Mr. Marks, I do not know whether I shall be able to attend the Epiphany Quarter Sessions, and am therefore writing to ask you to mention on the Election of the Prison Visiting Committee, that I find I am unable to attend this Committee. This Committee always meets on a Wednesday and Wednesday in this division is Bench day, and District Council day alternately. I am yours very truly Charles [E] Payne.
