Parties: (i) David Cripps Preston, Esq. of the Hall of Dulwich Village [Surrey] (ii) Francis Allfrey and William George Lovell, brewers of Newport Pagnell [Buckinghamshire] Property: All that piece of land situate in the Parish of Saint Paul in Bedford in the County of Bedford being Lots 16 and 17 Preston Road of the Queens Park Building Estate which said piece of land contains three thousand five hundred and ninety five square feet or thereabouts and has a frontage to Preston Road aforesaid of forty feet and a return frontage to Grafton Road of ninety feet the admeasurements and boundaries whereof are particularly described on the plan drawn in the margin of these presents and coloured pink.
