    Frederick White and Edward Powell on the 23rd September 1904, feloniously did steal, take and carry away one basket, one can, one handkerchief, one plate and one strap of the good and chattels of one Charles Chapman. 2nd Count: And Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath foresaid, do further present that on the 29th April 1904 at the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Bakewell in the said County of Derby the said Frederick White and Edward Powell were convicted of Felony. Plea: Not Guilty. Verdict: White and Powell – Guilty. Sentence each: 3 months Hard Labour.
