    Recites: Indentures of 7 April 1879, 5 Dec 1874 and 7 August 1879 (HF63/3/81) between John Waller and Thomas Veasey; Thomas Veasey died 26 August 1880; John Waller died 29 May 1888. 3) agreed to sell to 4) for £50 to be paid to 2) in full satisfaction of money due to her (see HF63/3/120) and with agreement of 1) - messuage in Blunham many years since converted into four tenements and formely used and occupied as the parish workhouse but now occupied as private dwellings with the yard gardens outbuildings and appurtenances late in the occupation of William Daniels, John Kay, George Watts and George Thomas. Bounded N - road side waste and brook, E & S - copyhold land, W - public road. - 1 ac 1 r 29 p pasture or meadow land in Tinham`s Common bounded N - allotment to John Foster, E - old inclosure Manor of Blunham, S - fourth allotment to Lady of the manor, W - public road and freehold messuage described above. Previously in occupation of Charles Smith, William Judd and George Wakefield and now in occupation of William Daniels.
