Croft going through the rookery with 'a share point and a hand side', they later returned and went to the faggot pile in the ochard where they took '3 mould plates from the faggot pile - they took them to the hedge and chucked two of them over'. Horoud told Mr Tawyer at the farm. Information of Jas. Horoud. Information of Wm. Yardley, Luton Park; with Thos. Stormer's assistance stopped Wm. Croft, Jos. Fensom and Jn. Clark. Identifies property as his.
