Examinations & Depositions: Deposition of John Kingston, a constable of Ampthill. He took Henry Goode into custody but he escaped 'under an allowance of the said constable to go to the privy, by bursting through the back buildings'. He was recaptured an hour later on the road between Ampthill & Millbrook.
