    1) Thomas Roe of Dunstable, butcher (eldest son of Tomas Roe late of Dunstable deceased). 2) George Roe of Dunstable, butcher (only brother of Thomas Roe) £102 paid by 2) to 1) - messuage in Middle Row formerly in the occupation of Thomas Perkyns [?] and for many years since Thomas Roe deceased and late in the occupation of Thomas Roe (party hereto) next to a messuage formerly in the occupation of Thomas Finch [?] and then Thomas Chew and now John Keene on the south and a messuage formerly of William Ellement late of Sarah Osborne widow and now of William Christmas on the north with barn and woodhouse and one pightle in Parking Lane to the same belonging in Poching Lane (otherwise called Packing Lane) formerly in the occupation of William Baker afterward George Row, since Thomas Roe deceased and late Thomas Roe (party hereto).
