Recites indenture of 15 March 1759.
£86 17s paid to Daniel Taylor by Thomas Row and 5s by John Cowper now at the direction of George Row 1) assigns to 4)
- messuage with appurtenances wherein Thomas Row dwells in Middle Row, Dunstable between the tenement late in the occupation of William Element and now of widow Osborn and the tenement of John Keene, with barn or woodhouse and pightle to the same belonging in Packing Lane.
