Information of John Loxley of Colmworth, yeoman. Missing 8 fowls, 4 cocks and 4 pullets. He searched and found them in the house of John Darrington at Chawston, Roxton; one was alive, but the other 7 killed and plucked.
Information of George Walker of Colmworth, servant to John Loxley. Found the poultry in John Darrington's house. His master accompanied him to the house with William Kitchener Darrington, son of John Darrington, who gave the poultry back.
Information of William Kitchener Darrington, poulterer; bought the poultry from Levi Stewart junior of Colmworth for 17s 6d, of which he paid him 12s 6d and agreed to give him the rest at St. Neots market.
