William Gofa: Attainted of burglary for which he has judgement of Death but was reprieved and afterwards received His Majesty's Pardon on condition of being transported for 7 years. Marmer Wooding: Attainted of Felony and Horsestealing for which he has like judgement, reprieve and conditional pardon. Edward Saunders: Convicted of grand larceny for which he was liable to be transported but was ordered to be imprisoned and kept to hard labour in the House of Correction for 12 calendar months. Thomas Luff: Convicted of the like and ordered to be imprisoned in the House of Correction 6 months.
