(i) Robert Hanscombe, Holwell, yeoman (iii) John Nashe, Offley, Hertfordshire, husbandman --- farm house, Holwell --- Little Hempwicke close & Seynt Mores close (i) also to have 2 acres wheat & 2 acres barley per annum of his own choosing. (ii) to maintain the buildings in repair, not to convert pasture to tillage, or let or demise any part of the premises except to wife & children in last will. any buildings burnt through negligence of (ii) to be repaired at own cost.
