George Warburton, Thomas Warburton, Dorothy Docwra, widow, Launcelot Docwra, executors of Thomas Docwra, Elizabeth Docwra, widow, Periam Docwra & Martha Docwra, infants, by their guardians Catherine Stone & Dorothy Stone, and John Coppin & George Draper et al., defendants, ordering Coppin to convey all title and interest in the trust premises to Draper, and ordering the messuage & lands etc., comprised in 8/9 Aug 1705 recited above to be sold, and that the term of 500 years in the Manor of Pirton and other messuages and lands etc., Pirton, vested in Coppin & Draper should also be sold, and report ordered on the lands of Thomas Docwra not comprised in the trust or in the marriage settlement of Sir George Warburton, all such property to be sold if necessary to pay debts.
