(i) John Littlejohn, Holcott, clerk (ii) Mary Cheyne, Holcot, widow of Thomas Cheyne, late Pertenhall, clerk, deceased (iii) Sir Pynsent Chernocke, Holcot, Baronet Richard Allen, Maulden, clerk marriage of (i) and (ii) --- if (i) survives (ii) he shall secure payment of £600 among the children of Thomas Cheyne of Lilly, Hertfordshire, clerk, grandchildren of Thomas Cheyne, deceased, to be paid out of money late Thomas Cheyne's, deceased, as (ii) shall direct in her will, £600 being part of sum owed to (ii) as executrix of her late husbands will, out of the estate late Thomas Docwra's, late Putteridge, Hertfordshire, deceased. If the money from the estate is paid before the decease of (ii), £600 to be paid to (iii) as trustees. If (ii) survived (i) the agreement to be void. witnesses. 7 Jan 1713/4
