(i) Jane Radcliffe, widow of John Radcliffe and acting executrix, mother of Ralph Radcliffe, infant
(ii) Edward Radcliffe
[reciting: H/DE48; John Radcliffe is since deceased and the equity of redemption has descended to Ralph Radcliffe
infant, eldest son of John Radcliffe.
(i) agreed with (ii) that (ii) would continue the mortgage for 3 years or less @ 4% from Dec 9 1742
John Radcliffe was a merchant trading to Turkey, and at his death had effects in the hands of (ii) and
Arthur Radcliffe his partner.]
(i) directs (ii) and Arthur Radcliffe to pay out of these effects to (ii) the £279..8s..9d due for interest and
agrees that the mortgage shall carry interest at 4% from 9 Dec 1743
