Scope and Content
(i) Edward Radcliffe (who had been partner with Ralph Radcliffe, Esquire, deceased)
(ii) John Radcliffe, sole executor and residual legatee of will of Ralph Radcliffe
[reciting: statement of accounts between (i) and (ii), and that (ii) owes (i) £2,700,
and (ii) being indebted to George Radcliffe for £1,491..15s..0d, (i) advanced to George
Radcliffe £94..10s..0d so that the debt of (ii) to (i) is now £2,794..10s..0d
(ii) has therefore agreed to mortgage to (i) 2/3 of --- farm as H/DE44-45. Even date]
the sum of £2,794 is over and above £4,026..13s..7 1/4d which (ii) has paid to (i) since
the death of Ralph Radcliffe.
The total - £6,726..13..7 1/4d having been owed by Ralph Radcliffe to (i) on account of their
partnership; since the death of Ralph Radcliffe the accounts have been stated.
