reciting: H/DE10 and as therein recited, also that Ampthill Great Park was sold by the trustees to Lord Viscount
Fitz-William of Merion, Ireland, that John Lord Ashburnham has since married the Right Honorable Jemima,
Lady Ashburnham, and has only one son, the Honorable John Ashburnham. reciting H/DE12. reciting that the parts
of the premises situated in Steppingley and Millbrook were not mentioned in H/DE10 so there is doubt whether these
parts are vested in the trustees for sale to Ralph Radcliffe, and because of the interest of Henrietta Bridget Ashburnham
and John Ashburnham, being minors, in the premises, the sale cannot proceed until the matter is settled by Act of Parliament.
