Scope and Content
(i) Right Honorable (John) Lord Ashburnham
(ii) Ralph Radcliffe, Esquire
--- Brogborough and Beckerings parks being of the yearly rent of £770.
Upon (i) making out a clear title to the satisfaction of the counsel of (ii), (ii) agrees to pay (i) £20,500 and £100 to his lady. The agreement to be void if (ii)'s counsel do not approve of the title.
(i) to receive the rents to Lady Day next and (ii) to pay the money on or before that day and to enter upon the premises from that day. (i) not to fell any timber henceforth other than what is necessary for the upkeep of the premises.
