    i) Emery Bodger of Southill, farmer ii) Mary Bodger of Southill, widow iii) said Mary Bodger and Emery Bodger iv) Joseph Lockey of Stanford, Southill, gardener v) William Henry Whitbread of Southill, esquire reciting will of Joseph Inskip made 1789 reciting enclosure act of Southill reciting mortgage of 21 Jun 1836 (W3864) reciting will of Richard Bodger leaving £200 per annum to widow Mary, proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury 17 Jun 1844 sum of £400 still owing to iii) as executors of said will consideration £400 paid to iii) by v) and £900 to iv) by v) - cottage heretofore used as 3 dwellings in Stanford, since used as 2 dwellings and now occupied by iv) and John Usher - cottage heretofore a blacksmiths shop standing near and erected on part of ground belonging to above cottage, now occupied by Samuel Breed - old enclosure adjoining now occupied by iv) containing 3 acres - allotment adjoining containing 8 acres 3 roods 31 perches North: old enclosure, as above East or South East: by public road South & West: land allotted to Lord Ongley now of v) all said property now lies in a ring fence, bounded East and South East: public road, all other parts property of v) signatures. all parties witnesses.
