    to Reverend Samuel Sanderson of Bedford and Richard Smith of Bedford, butcher, as trustees- - messuage or farmhouse and dovehouse in Harrowden in the parish of Cardington - 2 closes of pasture or meadow upon part of which an ancient messuage or farmhouse formerly stood, but some years ago pulled down, in Fenlake, containing 16 1/2 acres - 12 acres of meadow in Fenlake - 2 acres of meadow in Elstow - 160 acres in the common fields of Cardington and Elstow within Harrowden and Fenlake, and of Bedford - closes called Bonians alias Bunians in Harrowden containing 20 acres - orchard in Fenlake containing 1 rood whereon a cottage formerly stood, but was some time ago pulled down - cottage and close in Fenlake and Harrowden near Harrowden Bridge; all in occupation of of William Brooks - messuage in Estcots in Cotten End in the parish of Cardington - close called Inlands in 2 parts containing 35 acres - close called Hayclose in Estcots containing 20 acres formerly occupied by John Bull, and then called Bulls Farm, now occupied by George Hand to be held for 99 years in trust; subject to this term of years, said farmhouse and dovehouse, said messuage, and lands to John Stockdale of Bedford, salesman, during life of my nephew Randall Leach, for preserving the contigent uses, said Randall Leach to have all the profits for life, and after his death to his heirs, and for want of such issue, benefit to John Leach and his heirs said Samuel Sanderson and Richard Smith, trustees, charged to raise from the estate sufficient money to pay testator's debts, and following legacies: to niece Mary Daniel £150 at 21 or marriage, with consent of her mother, my sister, Catherine Daniel to niece Dorothy Lansdale £150, at 21 or marriage, with consent of my wife Anne Tayler, and said Dorothy Lansdale to reside with my wife till she inherit if either Mary Daniel or Dorothy Lansdale die before they inherit, legacy to survivor, and if both die, to Randall Leach annuity of £20 per annum to Catherine Daniel for life annuity of £20 per annum to wife Ann Tayler for life, subject to her release of dower in devised premises weekly sum of 5 shillings to sister Mary Leach, widow weekly sum of 5/8 to uncle William Tayler for life annuity of £20 per annum to Frances Tayler widow of my late brother William Tayler, for payment whereof I gave my bond after my brother's death to John Stockdale in trust of nephew John Leach - all messuages lands etc., both freehold and copyhold in Tilbrook, and Staughton Moor in parish of Great Staughton, Huntingdonshire - Messuage in West end, Kempston - close divided into 3 called Westleys containing 8 acres adjacent - close divided into 2 at said West end called Witchbrook, containing 8 acres - pightle in West end - 2 closes called Westleys containing 8 acres in Kempston; all occupied by William Haines - messuage Butcherow, Bedford, occupied by John Howard and called the Hare and Greyhound - messuage in Angel Street, St. Pauls, Bedford, occupied by my late cousin John Tayler, deceased; one part now occupied by ... Howen, widow, and the other part empty - messuages in Well Street, Bedford now occupied by William Tilley and Nathaniel Thomson to wife Ann, - messuage with buildings, garden and ground in Angel Street, St. Pauls, Bedford, for life, and household goods and furniture to said John Stockdale after her death in trust for Randall Leach - said house occupied by testator in Angel Street - close called Water Close containing 2 acres in St. Pauls, Bedford - shop in Upper end of Butcherrow now occupied by said Richard Smith East: on the common street - shop at the lower end of Butcherow, occupied by said Richard Smith and Joseph Roberts - shop in Butcherow late occupied by cousin John Tayler and now occupied by William Nottingham residue to said Samuel Sanderson and Richard Smith, in trust for said Randall Leach to be converted into money, and paid when he is 21, and if he die to nieces Mary Daniel and Dorothy Lansdale to be buried as near as may be to mother in the Meeting Yard at Bedford £10 each to said Samuel Sanderson and Richard Smith who are executors witnesses.
