to wife Elizabeth Chapman all plate, linen, and household furniture she had before marriage, and my best bed and furniture thereto to grandson William Dent, messuage in High Street, St. Paul's Bedford, occupied by Francis Norris to son Edward Chapman who is executor, residue, subject to:- £30 to wife Elizabeth to be paid yearly £250 to daughter Elizabeth Jane Chapman formerly Bennett £5 to grandson Edward John Dent to buy mourning and the silver watch which belonged to my late son Thomas Chapman and £100 £200 to grandson William Dent and silver watch which belonged to my late son William Chapman £10 each to nieces Sarah and Catherine Chapman
