The deeds concern:
- Joshua Basse to have tenement where he now lives with yard, garden and orchard adjoining with great barn and cowhouse at the end thereof extending to the street and anciently belonging to the farmhouse; one dovehouse; Cookes Close, Hutchings Close and Wards Pightle. (nd)
- Bond of Edward and Margaret Palmer of Honey Hill in Kimbolton to Matthew Wylde for the penal sum of £100 to observe provisions in indenture of same date made between the parties (22 July 1712)
