to Elizabeth, wife of William Rayner of Ashwell )
to son George cottage in Fenlake in the occupation of widow of William Richards;
also 2 1/2 acres arable bought of William Lett in the common fields of Eastcotts;
also household goods "in house where I now live" already in his use;
to son Robert other messuage in Fenlake in the occupation of Edward Bird, with household stuff;
executors sons George & Robert, but each forfeits legacy to other if he omits to act;
they are to take care of son Richard during life, allowing him 10s per annum;
