New development at Stewartby - Hanson's Reach Please find attached a plan showing a new development at Stewartby Beds. There is also a plot to postal list showing the addresses to be allocated, these are shown as red dots on the second plan The new roads are: Purple coloured: Milton Crescent Orange: Cotswold Drive. The yellow road is a continuation of Saxon Gold Way – already existing. There are additional addresses added to Magpie Ave MK43 9NP and Pillinge Road MK43 9NW You will notice that a section of Milton Crescent is in Central Beds area, however we have numbered some plots in this area as the boundary bisects the Crescent and we need to register the top and bottom of the plan in Bedford Borough.
