Joe in Grantham for 10 days to ‘nurse the constituency’. He went up with the winner of the Kings Air Race Trophy for an aerial tour and found he trained with Frank. Didn’t hear Macmillan’s talk on Saturday night but Ike said it was very good ‘Joe says he is a very nice man’.
