    Imagines she is busy in the garden, lawn must be cut round after mowing to be a success. Roses not out yet ‘they seem so long in coming out this year. Was anxious for Elsie to come but she will please herself. Expects Ike will be busy with his hay. Min & Edgar came on Sunday evening, Min looked well ‘she had her blue dress & black satin coat and a black hat which suited her with plume’. Heifer sold well and sheep have been making good prices ‘Dad is now I think converted to sales, he was once opposed to them, but as been fortunate with sheep and lambs.’. Has a lot of eggs 2 scores a day but not more than 50 chickens. Perhaps Ike would come some Sunday on his bike if nice weather now it is long days. Flo Hall home from Canada.
