-- the Green House on the Green in Elstow, with all hurdles, poles, boards and stall gear;
and all tolls payable for cattle sold at the several fairs on 14 May and 5 November;
and all tolls from hawkers and pedlars setting up stalls and selling goods at the several fairs on the said days or other days
by virtue of any charter or prescription;
tenant to keep the building in good and tenantable repair, at his own cost, rough timber and tiles being allowed by the landlord;
