    to son Gideon all property in Bedford (except as below), and in Olney, and house at Wilstead in the occupation of brother Thomas, which testator bought of --- Copperthwhaite of Houghton; [Charles and Judith Copperwheat in W2696] and lands in Wilstead and Cardington purchased of brother, now in the occupation of John Dodgson; and £1200; to eldest son John house at Bedford where testator dwells, purchased from John Williamson; estate at Cardington, purchased of Bond, apothecary; Pavenham land exchanged with Mr. Henley of Olney (charged with £200 to son Gideon); land in Wilstead, Haynes and Cardington, (except as above); to brother Thomas £5 annuity; son Gideon is to pay 40s annuity to cousin Phillips' wife, also to Phillips' daughter small bequests to sisters Martha Gander [Gandy in W2705] & Jean Willsher [see WS catalogue for their Shillington property], to sons of cousin Maes, cousins Costin, daughter of Widow Costin of Bedford, Mrs. Lavender, Reverend Symonds, dissenting minister at Bedford, Reverend Clayton dissenting minister at Stevington, Reverend Hull dissenting minister of Carlton; witnesses.
