for life from the death of Chas. Harbert, gent to the present keeper.

- yearly wage of 40s with right to distrain for payment if in arrears.
covenants: (i) may put in the Park 20 horses, geldings, mares or colts, winter and summer, and they are to be well looked after by (ii); the Keeper of the Mansion House of Melchbourne may pasture 3 cows at all seasons; all horses etc. and deer not to exceed 340. (ii) not to alienate his intrest in the premises.
