Letter from County Surveyor expressing concern about the siting of a school with a frontage to what could be a busy trunk road, though the scheme has not yet been approved. Also reference to landscape value of the area, and possible future residential development. In order to progress with the school development, it is suggested that the access not be on to Watling Street. Delay in negotiations for the purchase of the land. Connection to the sewers of the adjoining property, the Empire Rubber Company. Particulars sent to District Valuer.
