Richard Charnock to pay (1) £212 to John and Mary Moore, and (2) £34 to John and Jane Hall, and to receive the Bell Inn at Studham with all associated property, formerly occupied by Edward Ringsall and now occupied by Thomas Cushey of Markyate Street in the parish of Studham. Mentions lease dated 11 March 1651 between Henry Maddocks and Thomas Cushey, under which Cushey granted tenancy for 12 years from the previous Michaelmas.
