Includes mention of a dispute between North Bedfordshire Borough Council and Bedfordshire County Council over adoption of a spur road [Butler Way?] and intention that the service roads to both sets of three houses will remain unadopted. Also includes copy of a clause from a deed dated 21 November 1979 by which the land was conveyed by the Secretary of State for Defence to North Bedfordshire Borough Council stating that "no assurance is given that the land hereby conveyed is completely free from unexploded missiles or objects".
