reciting that William Fossey, eldest son of i), will be entitled from his late father to a real and personal estate of £1000 value and upwards and that Edward Fossey, Elizabeth Fossey, Mary Fossey, Sophia Fossey and Rebecca Fossey, 5 of the younger children of i), are entitled to some provision but the same is very small and greatly inadequate to the estate of their brother, especially if the real estate of i) ‘which is also of considerable value’ fall to William Fossey, the son.
also Charlotte Fossey, the younger child of said Mary Fossey is totally unprovided for in the world
now to make a proper and suitable provision for said younger children
