    1) William Hipwell of Sharnbrook, miller. 2) James Ward late of Sharnbrook, butcher but now of Souldrop, farmer, Thomas Collier of Sharnbrook, gent, William Lawton Wykes, baker, William Dickins, cooper, William Wright the elder, labourer, Joseph Spencer, shoemaker, George Pratt, labourer. Recites: Indenture 25 March 1843. Consideration £8. 1) conveys to 2) - small piece of land situate on Kennell Hill in Sharnbrook containing about 22 poles heretofore forming part of a certain close piece or parcel of land on Kennel Hill containing 1 acre 1 rood 23 p in the occupation of Robert Paine, with all that tenement or dwelling house now being erected and built thereon. East house of William Hipwell, West by a lane, North, by other part of said close, South by the Harrold Turnpike Road. The building now erecting being a suitable dwellinghouse as a residence for the minister of the particular Baptist Denomination.
