Indenture 25 March 1843.
Consideration £8. 1) conveys to 2)
- small piece of land situate on Kennell Hill in Sharnbrook containing about 22 poles heretofore forming part of a certain close piece or parcel of land on Kennel Hill containing 1 acre 1 rood 23 p in the occupation of Robert Paine, with all that tenement or dwelling house now being erected and built thereon. East house of William Hipwell, West by a lane, North, by other part of said close, South by the Harrold Turnpike Road.
The building now erecting being a suitable dwellinghouse as a residence for the minister of the particular Baptist Denomination.
