Consideration £500. - Plot of land at Lower Caldecote on the west side of the highway or Great North Road leading from Biggleswade to Sandy and bounded on the N by an occupation road leading from the said great North Road, S land and property called the Grange, E Great North Road, W property of the trustees of Thomas Allen. - Six cottages with the barns outbuildings and premises belonging erected on the said plot of land or on some part thereof known as numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 Wellington Cottages and in the respective occupations of A E Webb, Frederick Jeeves, Arthur Webb, Frederick Wright, Herbert Odell and George French. - plot of market garden land situate at Lower Caldecote on the east side of the highway or Great North Road leading from Biggleswade to Sandy bounded N and E by other land and property of the purchaser, S by an occupation road leading from the Great North Road to the other land and property of the purchaser and W by the Great North Road which plot contains 2 acres 1 rood 38 perches and is in the respective occupations of Frederick Jeeves, George French, Frederick Wright, Arthur Webb, Robert Odell and Herbert George Lincoln.
