Recites: Deeds of May, September and October1819 Will of Thomas Warner dated 13 July 1832 giving all real estate to wife Mary for life and then to Elizabeth Priest (the daughter of Mary by her former husband) and proved 7 June 1836, Death of Mary Warner 28 June 1845. Will of Theed Pearse leaving all real estate vested in him as trustee to 1). Marriage of Elizabeth Priest and Henry Mayle. 3) has agreed to sell to 5) and that John Napper should be paid £120 out of the purchase price of £180; £60 paid to 3) - 2 cottages or tenements (formerly 3 cottages one of which at the west end was sometime since sold to the commissioners of the Great North Road for widening the same) with the close of land adjoining, late pasture now and for some time past arable late in the occupation of Thomas Stevens and undertenants and James Dean and now March Pope and his undertenants.
