    Consideration £126. 1 to 2. - messuage with close of pasture adjoining and containing 1 ½ acre in Nether Caldecot late in the occupation of Eustace Meriweather since of Samuel Endersby and now of James Burnage or his undertenants, which were with a parcel of meadow ground purchased by the said Thomas Woodward, deceased of Thomas Longland. - cottage with blacksmith’s shop adjoining in Upper Caldecott built upwards of 40 years ago and now in the several occupations of William Shelton and Edward Aspitall Signed Thomas Woodward, William Fisher, Wm Inskip, Thos Inskip.
